Go Bears!
It's all about the Bears.
Bears everywhere
Randy can't get away from the Cal Bears family ties, even at a public art piece in Lyon, Colorado.
A presence
Sometimes you just have that presence...
Leader of the herd
This guy was leader of a herd of 30+ that meandered through our resort on the afternoon of the 2nd. The herd itself was quite a sight to see, but this one was making himself heard as well as he tried to keep the group together.
Parking lot traffic
The traditional roadsign includes a graceful leaping stag, not a lumbering hulk who doesn't care about the damage waiver on your rental car one bit. Maybe it's time for a little truth in advertising.
Reconsidering
We've been married more than nine years now, and the Mission at San Luis Obispo was an awesome venue, but if I were doing it all over again Della Terra Mountain Chateau would certainly be in the running. The nieces chose very well.
Rocks
Rock formation near the Lumpy Ridge Trailhead at the Rocky Mountain National Park. If it has a specific name it needs to up its signage game.
Rocky Mountain National Park
Hiking view makes the walking worth it.

Playing hide and seek
This guy played hard to get for a while, but eventually figured out I was only pointing a camera at him.
Hiking Buddy
Met this guy on the Twin Owls Black Canyon Trail at Lumpy Ridge in the Rocky Mountain National Park.
